Robert has over 29 years experience in the Antelope Valley Real Estate market and has specialized in income producing property for most of that time. Robert is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds the coveted designation as a Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute
 
 
 
 
Carol has over 19 years experience in management and has proven to be both diligent and effective in the handling of tenants and property. Additionally, she is a licensee of the State of California and a Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute. Carol is a seasoned and degreed accounting and tax professional which has provided many clients with new insights into their financial future as it relates to real estate.
 
 
 

 


Jesse has an extensive background in personnel management and 5 years working in the sales and management area of investment real estate. He is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and is fluent in Italian, French, English as well as having a working knowledge of Spanish. He holds a Brokers license issued by the Department of Real Estate and is experienced in Commercial, Residential, and Multi Family sales and management. Carpenters Property Management was founded in 1971. The location, originally in Lake Hughes, was moved to Lancaster in 1974 and later to Palmdale and has been in continuous operation in Palmdale ever since. Robert and Carol have operated  Carpenters Property Management since 1989.
Collectively, Robert and Carol have over 45 years experience in the field of real estate and management. We are not just managers we are investors too.
