Application Procedure and what you will need....

Everyone over the age of 18 must fill out an applicationOnly the persons actually applying for the unit must pay the application fee.
The Process
Once we have the completed application, positive identification and required fee(s), we will then proceed to process your application. Yes, we check credit, we will speak with your current landlord, we will verify Employment
and or other forms of income. We are able to process applications very quickly providing we have all the information we require, if we have to call you for more information that will slow the process down so be as accurate and complete as you can be. Do not call after you have turned in the application, we will call you as soon as we have word for you and it will be in a reasonable amount of time, we will not leave you hanging for weeks, in most cases you will have an answer in 48 hours. Please be patient.
The Approval
Once you have been approved you will be called and informed of your move in costs. These costs may vary based on credit and landlord/tenant history. You will need to bring in your move in funds in the form of a certified check or cashiers check from your bank. From that point forward money orders or bank checks are acceptable. All qualifying applicants must sign the agreement so that means they must all come together to get the keys.
The Move in
Immediately after you move in we ask that you return the completed "move-in move-out" form that we provide you with, this form will allow you to let us know if there is something that is not quite right with the property, it also protects you at move out time from being assessed for something that was already there. In most cases you will not find anything of consequence, we try very hard to have our properties ready for you when you move in but it is possible that we missed something, that is why we use the move in form.
Many of our tenants rent from us for years and go on to buy homes from us eventually, after all, we are here to help you with all of your housing needs, not just a rental.
